Caardvarks is to use purple in you card and DCM is Pins and Needles - to use pins or needles on your card. ;) :)

Here is my take on the challenges...

I have used Louly's gemini zodiac image (she has just launched her own images for downloading, check out het blog for more info) and BG papers.

Strawberries & Cream - FREE TO DOWNLOAD :)

Thought that I would share this with you all. :)

There are 2 papers I designed myself. One with strawberries on and the other for the swirly strawberry cream..Mmmmmmmmm (I love strawberries and cream) LOL. There is also a page of strawberries with no background which I also designed myself, there are enough of them at different sizes so you can cut them out and layer up if you so wish.:)

Please feel free to download and create a strawberry and cream card or whatever you fancy. :) :) Enjoy. Link back to me and I will pop over and visit your creation - would love to see how you use them. ;) :)

Just click on the image to get the larger view - then righ-click and save picture as... to your pc.

You could also print the strawberry background paper on draft setting on your printer to get more of a pastel look if you liked. ;) :)

About 5 posts down there is a card - Fruit & Veggie made with the strawberry backing paper if you fancy a peek. ;) :)

I have been featured on...

Inspirational Blogs. :):) Wow, how excited am I to appear on there and gobsmacked that they choose my Cosmetic Boot holder (two posts down) as the feature. ;) I am sooo chuffed I can't tell you and it means so much too. ;) :)

Thank you sooo very much ladies for choosing to feature me. :) :)

Used Spellbinders butterflie dies ( fabulous to work with in the wizard) cut and embossed them and letters too for embellishing. :) :) I really like the look of this card - love the colours too. :) :)

TJC closing

Traci from tjc designs forum has given us sad news that she has to close her forum on the 21st March. :(
We will miss the forum - it was very friendly and fun. But on a brighter note Traci has started new ventures on the designing front and running PartiCraft, so she has her hands full. :)

Mez from the forum contacted us all and asked if we would contribute by doing a fat page and she would make up the book. :) She presented it to Traci today and it looks awsome, Traci was thrilled with it :) :)

Here is my page (I can show it now) LOL

Black and White and Buttons

Over at the lovely Enfys blog, she is offering blog candy and to be in with a chance she would like you to make a card using black and white and a little accent colour. Pop on over to see her great blog.:) :)

Well, oh well, LOL. I just remembered that this card would fit two challenges. :) The second challenge is over at the great blog of scrummy stash cafe. You should pop over there too for a peek.

This is what Vanessa wrote:-

Button It!!
Hehe, no I don't mean keep quiet!! Its my (Vanessa) turn to set the challenge this week and I want you to use buttons on your project. I'm turning into a button addict and they are starting to creap into almost every card or layout I do!! So, please join in and let us see how you use your buttons!

So here it is the one card for both challenges. ;) Stamp from paper bag studios, fibers and buttons from stash (the black button is actually a glass button) - beautiful eh? I used pearl watercolour for the girls face (my accent colour):) :)
Thanks for looking. :)
